REFUND POLICY
This Refund, Exchange, and Return Policy ("Policy") provides a clear guideline on how SX3 CLUB handles requests for refunds, exchanges, and returns. By making a purchase on the SX3 CLUB website, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Policy.
This Policy applies to all purchases made on or through the SX3 CLUB website and is designed to ensure transparency, fairness, and consistency in how we manage customer transactions. Please read this Policy carefully before making a purchase, as it outlines your rights and obligations as a customer, as well as our responsibilities as the service provider.
SX3 CLUB reserves the right to modify or update this Policy at any time, and any such changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the SX3 CLUB website. It is your responsibility to review this Policy periodically to stay informed of any updates. Your continued use of the website and its services following any changes to this Policy constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

REFUND POLICY
All Sales Final: All sales made through the SX3 CLUB website are final. Once a transaction is completed, it cannot be canceled, reversed, or refunded. This policy applies to all products and services offered on the SX3 CLUB website, including but not limited to physical merchandise, digital products, and any associated sweepstakes entries. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Currency: All transactions conducted on the SX3 CLUB website are processed in United States Dollars (USD). No adjustments or refunds will be made to account for currency fluctuations, exchange rates, or differences in currency value at the time of purchase.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Digital Products: Any digital content, including but not limited to downloadable materials, software, or digital entries into sweepstakes, cannot be returned or refunded.
- Sweepstakes Entries: Once an order is placed, your contest entries are automatically and immediately submitted to our sweepstakes. Due to the nature of sweepstakes, entries cannot be altered, rescinded, or refunded, as this would compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes.
- Final Sale Items: Any items explicitly marked as “final sale” on the product page or during the checkout process are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
Immediate Sweepstakes Entry
Upon the completion of a purchase that includes sweepstakes entries, those entries are automatically and immediately submitted to our sweepstakes administrator. Given the legal and operational framework of sweepstakes, we cannot tamper with or modify entries once they have been submitted. As such, refunds are not possible once a purchase has been completed, as this would violate sweepstakes regulations and compromise the fairness of the Sweepstakes.
Exceptions
In rare cases where a refund is legally required by applicable law or in instances of processing errors or duplicate transactions, SX3 CLUB will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. However, such refunds will be granted at the sole discretion of SX3 CLUB, and the company reserves the right to refuse any refund request that does not meet the criteria established in this policy.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Eligibility for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in its original condition. This means it must be new, unused, unworn, and unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted for exchange. SX3 CLUB reserves the right to refuse an exchange request if the item shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration from its original condition.
Time Frame for Exchange
All exchange requests must be initiated within 15 days of the original purchase date. After this period, SX3 CLUB will not accept any exchange requests. The 15-day window is calculated from the date of purchase as recorded on the original sales invoice.
Exchange Process
To initiate an exchange, the customer must follow these steps:
Contact Customer Service: Reach out to SX3 CLUB’s customer service team at SX3CLUB@OUTLOOK.COM to request an exchange. Include your order number, the name of the product you wish to exchange, the size or style you wish to receive in exchange, and any relevant correspondence.Prepare the Return Shipment: Package the item securely, including a printout of the original invoice and any correspondence with customer service. Clearly indicate the item and size or style desired for the exchange.
Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to SX3 CLUB. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item. SX3 CLUB is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Shipping Costs for Exchange
While the customer is responsible for covering the cost of shipping the item back to SX3 CLUB, the company will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged item back to the customer, provided the exchange request meets all eligibility requirements. SX3 CLUB does not reimburse any original shipping charges.
Approval and Inspection
Upon receiving the returned item, SX3 CLUB will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If the item is approved for exchange, SX3 CLUB will process the exchange and ship the replacement item within a reasonable time frame. If the item does not meet the eligibility criteria, the exchange will not be processed, and the customer will be notified. In such cases, the customer may choose to have the item shipped back to them at their own expense.
Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items
Certain items are not eligible for exchange due to hygiene and safety reasons. This includes, but is not limited to, boxers, socks, and underwear. These items are considered final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances.
Exceptions
Exceptions to this policy may only be considered in cases where the product is received in a defective or damaged condition. In such cases, the customer must notify SX3 CLUB within 15 days of receipt, providing evidence of the defect or damage (e.g., photographs), to be eligible for an exchange. Please refer to our Defective Merchandise clause for more information.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for thoroughly reviewing product details, sizing charts, and specifications before making a purchase to ensure satisfaction. By completing a purchase, customers acknowledge and agree to this Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items clause.
Legal Compliance
This clause is enforced in compliance with applicable consumer protection laws. SX3 CLUB reserves the right to update or amend this policy as needed to reflect changes in legal requirements or business practices. Any updates to this clause will be communicated to customers as outlined in the Changes to this Policy clause.
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE ITEMS
Reporting Defects
If you receive an item that is defective or not as described, you must report the defect to SX3 CLUB within 15 days of the date of purchase. Defects reported after this period will not be eligible for warranty replacement or any form of compensation. Prompt reporting is essential to ensure that your claim is handled efficiently and that you receive the necessary support.
Process for Warranty Replacement
To initiate a warranty replacement for defective merchandise, please contact our Customer Support team at SX3CLUB@OUTLOOK.COM. In your communication, include:
- Description of the Defect: A detailed description of the defect or issue with the item.
- Photographic Evidence: Clear photographs showing the defect or damage to the item. This visual evidence is required to assess the validity of the claim.
- Original Invoice: A copy of the original invoice or proof of purchase to verify the transaction.
Limitations of Liability
SX3 CLUB’s liability is strictly limited to the replacement of defective merchandise. Under no circumstances will SX3 CLUB be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product. Additionally, after the 15-day reporting period, SX3 CLUB has no further liability regarding the item, and no claims for defects will be accepted.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY CLAUSE
SX3 CLUB reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Refund, Exchange, and Return Policy at any time and for any reason, at its sole discretion. Such modifications may be necessary to reflect changes in business practices, legal requirements, or to address feedback from customers.
Effective Date of Changes
Any changes to this policy will become effective immediately upon posting the revised version on the SX3 CLUB website unless otherwise stated. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this policy will indicate the most recent revision.
Notice of Changes
