Order Placement
When you place an order on the SX3 CLUB website, you will receive an email confirmation shortly after completing your purchase. This confirmation will include important details about your order, such as the items purchased, shipping address, payment method, and the estimated delivery time.
Sweepstakes Entries: If your order is associated with a sweepstakes or promotional contest, please note that your contest entries are automatically and immediately submitted upon the placement of your order. These entries are final and cannot be altered, canceled, or rescinded, as they are directly tied to the integrity of the contest.
Order Review: Before finalizing your purchase, we encourage you to carefully review your order, including the items selected, shipping details, and payment method. Once the order is placed, it is immediately processed to ensure prompt fulfillment, and no changes can be made.
Payment Method: All payments are securely processed through Stripe, our chosen payment gateway. Stripe supports major credit and debit cards, ensuring your transaction is handled safely and efficiently. Please note that all transactions are conducted in U.S. Dollars, and any currency conversion fees imposed by your bank or payment provider are your responsibility.

Fraud Prevention: For your protection, all transactions are subject to fraud prevention checks. SX3 CLUB reserves the right to cancel any order if fraud is suspected or if the payment cannot be verified.
Disputes and Chargebacks: If you believe there has been an error in billing or if you wish to dispute a charge, please contact us immediately at SX3CLUB@OUTLOOK.COM. We will work with you to resolve the issue. However, initiating a chargeback through your bank or credit card company should be a last resort, as it may delay the resolution process.
Refunds: As stated in our Refund Policy, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a purchase is completed. Please ensure that all order details are correct before finalizing your purchase.
Shipping And Delivery
SX3 CLUB is committed to delivering your orders in a timely and efficient manner. The following outlines our shipping and delivery processes:
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is successfully completed through Stripe, our payment gateway. Processing times may vary during peak seasons, promotions, or due to unforeseen circumstances. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and is ready to ship.
Shipping Methods and Costs
- Standard Shipping: Typically delivers within 5-7 business days after processing.
- Expedited Shipping: Typically delivers within 2-3 business days after processing.
- International Shipping: Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and selected shipping method. Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the selected shipping method, destination, and the total weight of your order. All shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. This tracking number allows you to monitor the delivery status of your order. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update after the package has been shipped.
Delivery Timeframes: Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin from the date the order is shipped, not the date of order placement. While SX3 CLUB strives to meet these estimates, delivery dates are not guaranteed, as they may be affected by factors outside of our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, carrier delays, and customs processing for international orders.
Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to SX3 CLUB due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, failure to claim the package, or any other issue attributable to the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package.
International Shipping and Customs: For international orders, customs, duties, and taxes may apply depending on the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping charges. SX3 CLUB has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Once an order has been placed on the SX3 CLUB website, it enters our processing system immediately to ensure prompt delivery and to maintain the integrity of any associated sweepstakes entries. As a result, orders cannot be modified or canceled once submitted.
Non-Modifiable Orders: Please review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase. Due to the immediate processing of orders and the automatic submission of Sweepstakes entries, we are unable to accommodate changes to items, sizes, quantities, or shipping details after the order is placed.
Non-Cancellable Orders: Once your order is submitted, it is considered final. Orders cannot be canceled after placement, as they are processed swiftly to fulfill your order and maintain the fairness of any related sweepstakes. This policy ensures that all participants in our Sweepstakes are treated equitably and that the fulfillment process remains efficient.
Product Availability
SX3 CLUB strives to maintain accurate stock levels and availability information on our website to ensure that customers can confidently place orders for the products they desire. However, due to the dynamic nature of our inventory, the availability of products is subject to change without notice.
Stock Levels and Availability: While we make every effort to keep our inventory up to date, there may be occasions where an item listed as available at the time of purchase is actually out of stock. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible to discuss alternative options.
Pre-Orders: For items listed as pre-order, we will provide an estimated availability date. Please note that these dates are subject to change based on supplier availability and other factors beyond our control. Customers will be informed of any significant delays in the estimated availability of pre-ordered items.
No Guarantees: While we aim to fulfill all orders promptly, SX3 CLUB cannot guarantee the availability of any specific product at the time of your order. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to discontinue products at any time without notice.
